Telford Town Football Club is launching a brand new Academy for the 2025/26 season for male and female’s. Whether you’re male or female, this is your opportunity to develop your skills, showcase your talent, and prepare for the next level with access to top-tier coaching and competitions.

Who Can Apply?

• Must be aged 16-19 on or before September 1st, 2025.
• Open to male and female players.

Academy Program Details:

• 5 days per week based in Telford at the Key Worker Nation Stadium.
• The Academy program is an education based one where alongside the top quality coaching on offer you will work towards the following qualifications:
• NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Sports Studies
• BTEC Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development
• BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching & Development

What’s on Offer?

• A minimum of 10 hours coaching per week from UEFA A and B licensed coaches.
• League and cup fixtures against other academies, with matchdays including games against professional clubs, semi-professional clubs, and a variety of touring clubs.
• Opportunities to train at St. George’s Park and Lilleshall National Sports Centre.

Trial Dates & Locations:

All trials will be held at either The Key Worker Nation Stadium or Lilleshall National Sports Centre. Exact locations will be confirmed closer to each date.

• Thursday, December 5th, 2024 – 7:30 PM kickoff
• Tuesday, February 4th, 2025 – 7:30 PM kickoff
• Wednesday, April 3rd, 2025 – 7:30 PM kickoff

Trial teams will be managed by our management teams from the men’s and ladies first team and development sides.
